Ms. Ko practiced at a major law firm, handling civil, criminal, and administrative litigation as well as corporate advisory matters, including medical malpractice, sexual offense cases, and pharmaceutical patent litigation. She has represented clients across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology sectors in complex disputes involving intellectual property, contracts, and regulatory issues.

Drawing on her experience as a licensed pharmacist, she advises on pharmacy establishment and regulatory matters and represents clients in disputes under the Pharmacy Act. She also counsels technology-based startups on IP strategy and contract structuring, and handles lease disputes and fraud-related matters, including voice phishing cases, from the earliest stages of a case.
